Survival skills really important Basic skills- floating, stroke components, freestyle, leg and body position, arm actions, breathing, backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke, treadmill Messages I took- analyse problems as you see them and teach to correct them milk bottles great for floating looking for streamlined, smooth and continuous movements breathing- not a head movement- a shoulder one breathing as naturally as poss breaststroke- arms, then kick- not simultaneous treadmill- good to practice as a survival skill AUSTSWIM go on line to watch and read pointers
